How this tool works

The forecast maker totals income and costs from your own postings. The calendar-month average is the baseline for 3, 6 or 12 future months. Set expected income and cost changes and review account classification. The forecast starts in the month after your reference period. This is an adjustable first draft, not a prediction of seasonality or a cash flow statement.

Common questions

Does this work with my accounting software?

You can import a XAF 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 or 4.0 export in EUR regardless of the vendor. Your software must support this Auditfile Financieel export. No direct connection; up to 10 MB and 1,000 ledger accounts. Review unknown account classifications yourself.

What do I get for €19?

A PDF containing the monthly forecast, historical monthly figures, account classification and assumptions. Source data can also be downloaded. Preview key figures for free; only the complete report is paid. Pro includes these reports. Acceptance by a bank or lender is not guaranteed.

Assumptions and scope
  • The monthly forecast uses the average across calendar months in your selected reference period, including months without postings. A partial month counts as one month; preferably use fully posted months.
  • Your percentage change is applied once to the monthly average, not compounded each month. Seasonality, new investments and one-off items are not predicted automatically.
  • Review the suggested account classification. Income and costs follow the postings; balance sheet accounts are excluded by default. The result is not a cash flow forecast or an accountant’s assurance.
