Rekenbox

Rekenbox terms of use

Updated on 5 September 2026.

A standalone product

Rekenbox is Winstwaker’s calculation and reporting service. A Rekenbox purchase provides the features of the chosen product; a bookkeeping subscription is not required and is not automatically started.

Use and results

The tools use the supplied data and stated assumptions and versions. Check source data and applicability before making decisions or sending documents. Rekenbox does not file tax returns, execute bank payments or issue audit opinions. You retain rights to your data and may use reports for your own work and clients.

Price and delivery

Prices are in euros including applicable VAT. A single report is delivered after payment confirmation. You see the preview and retention period before payment. Paid features operate within the limits stated on the pricing page and in the tools.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are paid per stated month or year and renew automatically. You can cancel the next renewal in Account. Changes, effective dates and any prorated amounts are shown in the billing portal before confirmation. There are no automatic charges for usage above the API quota.

Refunds and rights

You can request a refund of the initial purchase within 14 days in Account. The associated access is blocked and the next subscription renewal is cancelled. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. For unresolved issues, contact us through Help.

Teams, widgets and API

Team seats, widget installations and API quota belong to the chosen product. A widget works only on the configured website origin. Do not expose API keys in public code. Do not bypass technical limits or resell widgets without the appropriate licence. Licensed access ends when the subscription ends.

Contact and general terms

These Rekenbox product terms apply alongside Winstwaker’s general terms. Where they differ, the specific Rekenbox product terms prevail to the extent permitted by law. Contact: [email protected].
