All basic calculations, document makers and individual file checks are free without an account. Document PDFs and the displayed CSV/XML exports are also free. Pro adds saved work, comparisons and detailed reports.

No. Rekenbox has its own products, workspace and subscription. Keep using your current bookkeeping software. If you already have a Winstwaker login, you can use it here; Rekenbox access is determined separately.

A PDF with results, calculation details, findings, inputs, assumptions, sources and the calculation version. You see the contents before paying. A single report costs €19; reports are included with Pro, Professional and White-label. Detailed source inputs are available as a separate JSON export.

Open Account and choose Refresh payment status. We deliver when Stripe confirms payment. Delayed payment methods can take longer. For a guest purchase, do not clear your browser data. You do not need to pay the same order again.

Go to Account and open Manage subscription. In the secure Stripe portal you can cancel, change plan, update your payment method and download billing invoices. The effective date and any prorated charges are shown before you confirm.

Within 14 days of the initial purchase, the paid order shows a refund button. Access stops while the refund is processed. For subscriptions, the next renewal is also cancelled. The payment provider processes the refund; your bank determines when it appears. Statutory rights remain applicable.

Individual free checks run on your device. Data is sent to Rekenbox only when you prepare or save a report or start a bulk check. Reports and scenarios are stored encrypted; bulk files are not retained after processing. Guest reports expire after 30 days. You can export or delete your account data yourself.

It checks company data, period, accounts, duplicate identifiers, debit/credit, opening and transaction balances, references, dates, VAT fields and subledgers where present. It supports XAF 3.x and 4.0 up to 10 MB. This is a technical consistency check, not full XSD certification, tax approval or an auditor’s opinion.

One source file can be up to 10 MB. Bulk: at most ten files and 10 MB in total. Processing may stop for complex files; export a smaller period. A workspace has 100 MB of encrypted storage, at most 500 scenarios and 100 versions per scenario. A guest can keep up to five reports and 30 MB of storage.

The current tax tools use Netherlands 2026. Each result states its parameter pack and calculation version, with sources and assumptions. Saved reports do not change when a new version is released. An unpublished year or unknown version is not substituted automatically.

A widget licence is linked to one exact website origin, including https and any www prefix. Use the configured origin or create another widget within your available slots. An expired subscription or revoked widget stops display.

Rekenbox calculates and runs technical checks from the supplied data and stated assumptions. Personal exceptions, tax elections and missing source data may change the outcome. Review the assumptions and use the report to support your own assessment; the tool does not file a tax return.
